Private Gym Gallery

Our Private Gym has a full range of the latest equipment to make sure the client’s sessions are as effective as possible. We only ever do 1-2-1 training sessions so you don’t have to worry about people watching you like in a commercial Gym space and we know that there will never be a wait for any equipment.

All sessions are programmed onto the board and tracked throughout the session so that every exercise, rep, set, weight and rest period is completely individualised to yourself. This also gives you the opportunity to see the Plan visually, learn it and then take it away with you after the session. For this reason, we are renowned for our complete tailored approach that is unmatched in the local area.

Within the private Gym we have; A complete Dumbbell rack, Olympic Barbells, Olympics Weight plates, Cable pulley machine, Power Rack, Spin Bike, Battle ropes, Slam Balls, Kettlebells, TRX, Boxing Pads, Resistance Bands and much more.

 

There is also an option for the outdoor lovers to train a part of the session on our state of the art Astro turf pitch. Here we can do a variety of Cardio exercises, tyre pulling and much more.
